Well, it was a sad day yesterday. I sold my Canon 5D Mark II and I am officially camera-less. That was until a few minutes ago when I went to B&H Photo and bought the Canon Powershot SD1400!

A friend of mine bought this camera and I played around with it a few times at the tattoo shop. He uses the camera to take photos of his finished work. It’s a great point and shoot camera and was amazed at how the Poweshot SD has come along in just a few years. So I decided to cash in on the DSLR (I’m waiting for the new 5D Mark II EX to come out :) and go with a point ‘n shoot for the next couple months.

Do you prefer a point and shoot or DSLR?
